The experience includes:

  • The tour begins at the Lera entrance in Seča, in the northern part of the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park.
  • The walk will take you along the 1.3 km thematic Lera trail, where you will learn about the traditional process of salt production.
  • Optionally, a guided tour is available, offering a deeper insight into the history, cultural significance and ecological value of the salt pans.
  • At the end, we recommend visiting the shop selling locally produced salt and souvenirs.
