Collaboration with schools

For more than a decade, young talents have been developing within our ranks. High school and university students have the opportunity to gain practical experience in all our units, learning from experts in various segments of hospitality while gaining new skills.

“During my studies at the Higher Vocational School of Hospitality and Tourism Maribor, I did an internship at Hotel Arena, where I realized that I truly wanted to work in hospitality. The internship allowed me to learn a lot about front desk work and how important an authentic guest experience is. I’m happy that after finishing my studies I had the chance to stay as part of the team – now I’m employed here and every day I enjoy welcoming new guests.”

International team

We build and create authentic hospitality shaped by kindness and diversity from all over the world. The mix of generations, cultures, and skills brings unique experiences. Over the years, we have attended career fairs at home and abroad, bringing the colors of Slovenia to Uzbekistan, the Philippines, North Macedonia, and beyond, so we’ll likely meet at an international career event soon.
