Terms and conditions for the purchase and use of gift vouchers issued by Eurotas Hoteli d.o.o. (hereinafter: Eurotas Hoteli):

• Gift vouchers may be redeemed in full or used as partial payment for accommodation at the business units of Eurotas Hoteli. Gift vouchers may be used subject to availability at the selected business unit.
• All overnight stays or other services paid for with a gift voucher must be reserved in advance through the Eurotas Hoteli Reservation Service. The gift voucher must be presented at the time of reservation and upon arrival at the hotel, prior to using the services.
• A gift voucher may be redeemed in full at its nominal value as payment for accommodation or other services.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full.
• The validity of the gift voucher is stated on the voucher itself or, if not specified, is valid for a maximum of six (6) months from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the gift voucher may not be redeemed unless the guest contacts us prior to expiry or provides medical documentation justifying the inability to use the voucher.
• Eurotas Hoteli accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Gift vouchers will not be replaced if lost, damaged, stolen, expired, or deemed invalid. Gift vouchers are void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced in any way.
• Eurotas Hoteli shall not be held responsible if ownership of a gift voucher results in any additional tax liability for the recipient.
• A gift voucher is considered valid only if it bears a visible voucher number, company signature, and official company stamp.
• Eurotas Hoteli reserves the right to refuse damaged or defaced gift vouchers.
• Eurotas Hoteli business units reserve the right to require a credit card deposit at the time of reservation.
• If the value of the gift voucher does not cover the total cost of accommodation, food, beverages, or other services provided by Eurotas Hoteli, the remaining balance must be settled in cash or by a valid credit card. Eurotas Hoteli reserves the right to require a deposit upon reservation.
• Eurotas Hoteli reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
